McCaw Hall
The Trolls LIVE! performances scheduled for September 19 & 20 at McCaw Hall in Seattle WA have been canceled. This announcement comes following cancellations and/or postponement of numerous VStar Entertainment shows across the country due to COVID-19.
Ticket holders who purchased with a credit card will automatically be refunded.

Box Office Hours
The ONLY walk-up box office for McCaw Hall’s Ticketmaster shows will be on the day of show, opening 1.5 hours prior to show time at the McCaw Hall box office located on the Kreielsheimer Promenade Lobby. -
Parking Info
Parking is available at the Mercer Street Garage, located across the street from McCaw Hall. A covered skybridge provides access between level C of the garage and McCaw Hall.
Other options:
5th Avenue North Garage, located at the corner of 5th Avenue and Harrison Street.
Southwest Seattle Center garages

Come join Poppy and Branch in the Trolls LIVE! VIP Party. The VIP Party will be filled with rockin’ sing-a-longs and best of all – a Meet & Greet photo opportunity with your favorite hosts, Poppy and Branch! Trolls LIVE! VIPs will also receive premium seating, a souvenir lanyard and more. Each adult & child (aged 1 & up) must have a VIP ticket.
