The Heritage Center Box Office is now open Monday - Friday 11:00am to 3:00pm.
The main box-office is located on the plaza level (4th floor of Heritage Bank Center facing Great American Ballpark). You may access the plaza level by utilizing the steps surrounding Heritage Bank Center and Great American Ballpark or by entering the security entrance (corner of Mehring Way and Old Broadway) on non-event days. -

About the VIP Experience
Come join Poppy and Branch in the Trolls LIVE! VIP Party. The VIP Party will include a Meet & Greet photo opportunity with your favorite hosts, Poppy and Branch! Trolls LIVE! VIPs will also receive premium seating, a souvenir lanyard and more. Each adult & child (aged 1 & up) must have a VIP ticket. VIP Meet and Greet characters subject to change.
