Please be advised that the Trolls Live!  performances scheduled to take place at the Radio City Music Hall on June 13 & 14, 2020 that were rescheduled to November 14 &15, 2020 at the Hulu Theater at Madison Square Garden are unfortunately being canceled due to COVID-19 restrictions on live performances.
Tickets purchased with a credit card online or over the phone with Ticketmaster or directly through The Radio City or Hulu Theater Box Office will automatically be refunded to the original purchaser's credit card account. 
If you purchased your tickets through The Radio City or Hulu Theater Box Office with any other form of payment, please call the venue’s Guest Relations Department at 212-465-6225 for more information. As a special offer, once new dates are rescheduled and announced you will receive a special advance purchase ticket offer via email.
